HOW ABOUT SAMPLES?
At this time, we are only offering our stock products and their formulas. This is to ensure our customers always have the highest quality blends for the most cost-effective option.
WHAT ABOUT FORMULAS?
We do not apply labels to your ordered products. However, don't worry- this is exactly what our founder did when she got The Shady Sun started. Labels are very easy to apply and hand applying is a great way to become personally connected with your products before they hit your shelves.
WHAT ABOUT LABELS?
At this time, we are only offering our stock products and their formulas. In order to ensure a streamlined approach, we are unable to offer packaging components- like caps, lids, bottles- that vary from our stock Private Label offering.
HOW ABOUT PACKAGING?
At this time, we do not offer full-service label design. In the meantime, we suggest designing in Canva or hiring a Graphic Artist to assist. Once designed, Sticker Mule is a great option for printing.
HOW ABOUT DESIGN?
Because we blend your order on demand, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for production. Once your order has been crafted, it will ship vias USPS Priority Mail with an estimated transit time of 1-3 business days.
WHAT ABOUT LEAD TIME?
Your business will need to have a state-issued Seller’s Permit and Product Liability Insurance in order to purchase and resell private-labeled products.
HOW ABOUT LIABILITY?
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. At this time, we do not offer in-house credit.
