Do you have minimums?

We do not have dollar minimums to meet on opening or repeat orders. We believe strongly in being a great tool in your artist arsenal, not a brand takeover of your salon. You are able to carry anything that fits your business best, from just one solution to the entire solution and retail collections. The choice is up to you!

How can I pay for my order?

Orders can be placed online or via email. For fastest processing, online ordering is the way to go. Prepayment in full can be paid via Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or PayPal; bank wires and checks (with 10 day clearance period) are accepted for orders over $5000 on a case-by-case basis. Bounced fees are subject to a $35 fine. We do not extend or offer credit line options.

How do you ship?

All orders are shipped insured via USPS priority mail to US. Customers may also select a local pickup option at our studio in Salisbury, MD; our studio is by appointment only, so please check with us on hours per order. Orders will be fulfilled from Salisbury, MD. Orders under $500 will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, those from $500-$5000 3-10 business days, and orders over $5,000 can take 10-14 days to fulfill. Shipping is handled via USPS priority mail, delivery is typically made within 1-3 business days once tracking is live. If freight shipping is needed, this can be arranged. Buyer is responsible for the cost of all shipping. During the "busy season" and holiday times, however, please expect the longer estimated times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shady PRO's may receive free shipping on all wholesale and salon orders over $350. Please use code PROSHIP350 at checkout to redeem your savings. Retail codes may not be used on wholesale and salon orders and will not be honored if used. Code is valid on local delivery options. Shady Distributors may receive free shipping on orders over $2000. Code and offer(s) subject to change at any time.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not typically accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, however, please contact us within 24 business hours of receiving the order to see what we can do. Any returned items are subject to a potential 25% restocking fee; buyer pays for return shipping.

Can my friend use my login?

Shady PRO status may not be shared or used to distribute products in any unauthorized way.​

Do you offer private labeling?

We currently do not offer private labeling services for any of our products. In addition, products may not be put into additional containers and relabeled. This excludes personal gift samples.
