Do you have minimums?
Our retail minimum is 50 pieces per item to be ordered- final count must be in multiples of 10 (i.e. 60 or 80 pieces, not 73 pieces). Our solution quart minimum is 20, with the final count being in multiples of 5 (i.e. 25 or 50 quarts, not 32 quarts). Orders not meeting these requirements will be placed on hold until buyer returns correspondence and minimums have been met.
How can I pay for my order?
Orders can be placed online or via emailing our order form. For fastest processing, online ordering is the way to go. Prepayment in full can be paid via Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or PayPal; bank wires and checks (with 10 day clearance period) are accepted for orders over $5000 on a case-by-case basis. Bounced fees are subject to a $35 fine. We do not extend or offer credit line options.
How long will my order take?
Orders will be fulfilled from Salisbury, MD. Orders will take 2-4 weeks on average to fulfil as they are custom blended on demand for you. We do not cover the costs of shipping private labeled items. During the "busy season" and holiday times, however, please expect the longer estimated times.
How do you ship?
Shipping is handled via USPS priority mail, delivery is typically made within 1-3 business days once tracking is live. If freight shipping is needed, this can be arranged. Customers may also select a local pickup option at our studio in Salisbury, MD; our studio is by appointment only, so please check with us on hours per order.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products, we do not typically accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, however, please contact us within 24 business hours of receiving the order to see what we can do. Any returned items are subject to a potential 25% restocking fee; buyer pays for return shipping.
Can I order product for someone else?
Your Shady Sunless Private Label order should just be for you. Our unlabeled products may not be shared or used to distribute products in any unauthorized way.​
